La Hotte is faithful to traditional cuisine with a twist.
The menu is based on fresh products and all our dishes are homemade.
The menu celebrates the great classics of French cuisine in all their authenticity, with a special attention to the quality of the products and and traditional know-how.
At La Hotte, respect for the seasons and the choice of local products from short distribution channels ensure that each dish is of the highest quality.
Our menu changes with the seasons, and we also offer suggestions depending on the chef’s mood and what’s on the market.
Discover our dishes of the moment :
– Chicken supreme stuffed with chestnuts, parsnips and coffee in a play of textures
– Pan-fried veal kidneys, shallot compote with sherry vinegar,
potato mousseline with PDO Comté cheese.
– Back of cod gently baked in the oven, baby spinach, tapioca, old-fashioned mustard cream.
Winter season: Thursday to Saturday lunch and dinner time, Sunday lunchtime
Summer season: Tuesday to Saturday lunch and dinner time, Sunday lunchtime


Chef G. Coppin and his team
Grégory Coppin, chef at the restaurant La Hotte, has been cooking for 17 years between Drôme and Ardèche. Proud of his region and with a wealth of experience behind him, he has mastered a wide range of culinary creations, including skilfully crafted sauces.
Gastronomy, traditional cuisine, event services (weddings, seminars), Grégory Coppin knows how to adapt to any request for generous dishes made from local, seasonal produce. It’s a generous and authentic cuisine that he invites you to discover, between
tradition and modernity.
He is accompanied by Grégory Hinaut, who helped create the restaurant three years ago.
And when two Grégory’s get their hands dirty, it’s a four-handed kitchen that will delight your taste buds.

A contemporary wooden building, with large bay windows and a wood-frame
ceiling is an invitation to stop time.
A shaded terrace, surrounded by lavender and rosebushes, welcomes you in fine weather.
A warm and intimate private lounge is available for groups, family meals or friends gathering.
